Once understood neurodiversity can be embraced and with good management can become an asset that avoids the negative long-term outcomes of non-diagnosed ADHD. The gold standard for ADHD management packages are quality assessment and follow up, discussions around medication as an option and always coupled with either diagnosis counselling or a coaching support programme.

Appreciate the time and effort from the Fionaproject and Caroline to get assessed for ADHD, and help with prescriptions and shared care. There was no additional costs after the first assessment and for the price it is great value!

I was recently recommended to book an ADHD Assessment for my daughter.
I had been unsure where to turn as I had suspected that she may have ADHD for some time as felt that a diagnosis was needed quickly to help support a return to school for her.
I wasn't sure what to expect but quickly found Caroline to be friendly, professional and relatable, making us feel at ease.
Caroline explained what was happening throughout the process and kept us informed, inviting us to ask questions as necessary.
We felt very comfortable speaking to Caroline and opening up to her about our situation.
Caroline kept us informed as to what would be happening next and called us when she said she would and the report was e-mailed to us just a few days after the assessment.
Caroline made the whole process extremely easy and we were very grateful for that.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Fiona Project and Caroline to anyone seeking a diagnosis.

I have had nothing but great help and advice from Caroline from diagnoses through titration to applying for shared care.
There can be some delays with communication but after a reminder I always, without fail get a reply or a phone call.
Caroline was even kind enough to have a chat with my daughter, who is under ADHD360 care, regarding medication reviews. I was not forced into what medication I should take ( I have to take non stimulant meds due to the nature of my work) and was helped through the side effects I was experiencing with these every step of the way.
I am now settled with my meds and my life has changed dramatically to the point that I find it hard to believe that I lived with my head for 60 years before seeking help.

The initial interaction was good to get the diagnosis but after that the communication was very poor which was stressful. Emails and texts would take days/weeks for a reply. The last contact we was due a phone call in April to discuss medication which never happened and no reply to texts I sent questioning it. It’s fine if you just want a diagnosis but after care isn’t great. Caroline is nice but communication is very poor

I contacted the Fiona project after a friend of mine used their services.Booked an appointment online for the week after I believe so did not have long to wait.Had a zoom call which lasted maybe 1 hour 30.I was put at ease and was able to open up without being judge.was very pleased and feeling positive, thinking that I was in good hands.
After that it was not so good! First I often had to wait days to hear from Caroline whether it was through text or email. It does say on the website that they will be back in touch within 1 hour!!!🤔.I understand that she was going through family issues at the time so I was trying to be patiente but it was so frustrating !
In December of last year I contacted them to discuss therapy .I was sent a form which I filled in and sent back but since that no news!they simply disappeared without any explanation.I sent many texts and emails but no reply!!!I paid for 1 year ,with therapy sessions included and whatever other extras they advertise but was only helped for 6 months.
Of course my GP signed the shared care agreement so I am not left without any help but This is so unprofessional of them.
My friend had the same experience and would be curious to find out if other ppl did.

I was 44 years old at the time of my diagnosis and had struggled throughout my life battling what I thought was anxiety and depression. I was having CBT and my therapist asked me if I have ADD or ADHD and suggested that I should have a chat with my GP. After being referred to the NHS waiting list for assessment and learning that the current waiting time is 5 years to be seen my husband encouraged me to fund a private assessment for ADHD. I discovered the Fiona Project. I got a pretty quickly quickly and got a diagnosis soon after. I can’t thanks my therapist Caroline enough for all her support. She has helped me with work related issues as well as personal things. I am settled on my medication and my own NHS GP has now continued my care. The best thing is that Caroline is still there to support me when needed. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an assessment. It’s changed my life for the better. I understand a lot of my struggles now and I’m coming to terms with my diagnosis and the fact I’ve been misdiagnosed for over 25 years! Thank you again Caroline.

I have lived my entire life thinking there was something wrong with me, and had for as long as I can remember, gone to great lengths trying to hide that fact. My mental health was poor (previously diagnosed with clinical depression then bipolar) and the thought of telling someone what was going on in my head was frightening. I was so nervous before my assessment, my head was telling me “I am making it all up, the assessor will think I’m mad” blah blah. As soon as the assessment started Caroline (the assessor) put me at ease. She explained the process and every step of the way I felt listened to and I felt understood. This company is amazing and Caroline is wonderful and I would 100% recommend the Fiona Project. I can honestly say Caroline and the project have changed my life. I was assessed and diagnosed two months before my 60th birthday and I couldn’t have been given a better birthday present - the gift of being able to understand and accept who I truly am - priceless.

A bespoke experience, I felt comfortable and able to truly express myself throughout the assessment process. As a person with crippling anxiety it was a relief to feel that I could talk about my experiences without worrying about being judged or ‘fobbed off’. I am excited to continue my journey with the Fiona Project and would recommend to anybody who has thought about gaining further insight!

I have had the best experience with the team. From the very first call I have felt understood, I felt comfortable talking about sensitive topics. I am so glad I got to work with the assessor, it has truly made my journey so much easier. Once again a big thank you to the whole team and all that you do!

My experience with the team was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I first called, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff and I already felt comfortable and listend to. Each stage of the assessment was talked about so I could really understand what was going on. The support and advice I received was expertly performed, leaving me feeling at ease to open up. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming space, ease of assessment was nothing short of brilliant. I have learnt a lot about my needs and what I can do moving forward with my ADHD. I cannot recommend the Fiona Project enough. Thank you!

I was nervous at first to have my assessment done but I was completely surprised with how my assessor treated me and I felt comfortable completely.
It's not easy having lived my life feeling like something wasn't quite right and now I finally have the answers for why I struggle with certain things. The assessment was easy, affordable and the quality and attention to detail was incredible. I felt supported and I was never left with uncertainty.
I've now paid for additional coaching, I've only had one session so far but I can definitely say that this journey with fiona project has made my life and situations 1000% better! Thank you so much to all the staff that have helped me! You will never know how much it means to me.
